The hotel provided a great deal of privacy, and I didn't have to go through the hassle of checking out at reception. Another advantage was the location, which was conveniently close to various attractions and amenities.

Although I appreciated the added entertainment, I didn't like that the slot/pachinko machine was situated so close to the bed. the light could be distracting, especially when trying to fall asleep.

Attention to privacy. Convenient self-checkout machine. Peaceful and quiet environment. Easy payment process. Comfortable room amenities. Good location in Matsue

Nothing not to like.

The location of the hotel was convenient, but unfortunately, the pros ended there. the room was small, claustrophobic even, and the decor was tacky. the bathroom was outdated and dimly lit. the view outside was almost non-existent, the surroundings were dull with no greenery or nature in sight. the breakfast was subpar and definitely not worth the extra cost.

The staff was cold, unwelcoming, and seemed uninterested in helping guests.

The attention to privacy was excellent, and I didn't face any issues with checking out as there was a machine in the room, made it very hassle-free. The hotel facilities were extraordinary, and the tidiness was really good. the staff was pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

There were a few things that I didn't like about this place. the slot machine in the room was a bit strange and distracting.
